Hardcore playerbase getting shafted.. HARD
Im familiar with the hardcore players being a second thought in BF games, im old and have played every BF games since 1942, but BF6 is taking it up a notch and really fxcking over the hardcore fans... at first you could scroll down on the main page and find the HC conquest "button" which would put you into a HC conquest game.. that was working fine even though it was obviously nowhere close to the "main page" therefore would populate with bots, and i hate the fact that i have to refer to the availabilty of game modes by a "main page" this is not social media, any attempt to replicate the formula of a social media platform into this game makes me want to vomit. now theres a "hardcore rush" which IS NOT EVEN FCKCING HARDCORE AT ALL... DID YOU THINK NO ONE WOULD NOTICE???
and every actual hardcore game is empty.
just the fact that players have to go way out of their way just to attempt to find an actual hardcore match feels like (whomever decided for it to be this way) looking me dead in the eye from 6 inches away and kicking me square in the nuts as hard as he/she can.
But it gets worse. There are NO hardcore matches... every single hardcore server is empty. it did ease the pain a little when they populated with bots.. but i didnt buy this game to have bots fill the slots in a hardcore server just so i would have someone to play with. The fact that players have to go way out of their way to play a hardcore mode is... something i think was an extremely stupid decision. Most players just want to hit a few buttons and play, so players arent joining hardcore servers unless they are specifically looking for them. Devs know this and it seems like theyre trying to funnel everyone into normal mode.. Yes I want to hit a few buttons and play as well, BUT HARDCORE SHOULD BE ONE OF THOSE BUTTONS. even if its half hardcore with a map, whatever.
Yeah im kinda mad, and sound like a whiny **bleep**, but i still think i make a valid point. I have strong opinions about a lot of things, but its extremely rare that i actually put out any kind of effort and take time out of my day to give feedback.
