I'm very sorry to say that this isn't something that can be handled on these forums, as nobody has access to game accounts or payment systems. Unfortunately, all I can really suggest is to continue speaking with EA Help.

EA Customer Service Agents are as much use as a toilet brush!
Spoke to 4 different agents today and still can’t resolve the problem 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
