Help. Xbox, haven't worked out how to equip the secondary shell in the MBTs

I just don't get it, I definitely have the secondary shell selected in loadouts, with the green tick, but when I play I only have the primary shell available. I tried AI but it didn't help at all. I...

    Xbox controller - click left on the D-pad to cycle shell type. Hope this helps!

Thanks, you kind of helped!

D-pad left I have re-mapped to smoke, and I tried D-pad right and now I can switch between the two shell types 😅
