Hidden controller Ea App and multiple accounts

Is it normal when i check some times when i get killed the persons accounts and there are sudently 5 accounts bind and 3 are with consoles type acc and controller sign. But it wont show it in scoreboard at all is it controller player. Funny when they have reaction time of under 100ms and god like aim all ways. Today there was player that killed me allway and i was shooting him POINT BLANK 5 times with shot gun and NOTHING. He had high ping and he lagged. Most of these have EA app linked not steam. It showed up after S 1 Start...?
