Hit registration

The hit registration in this game is horrific. Ive played multiple games up to this point where I shoot an enemy hit them and they still manage to kill me after taking damage. This is extremely frustrating and leaving me no choice but to head back to the modern warfare franchise.  Yea black ops is horrible but they still have a huge following with their other titles.

I agree, but yesterday I got 4 hit detection markers on a player who turned and killed me I was using an NVO 228E. He should have died!

Weird stuff like this is why we complain, look EA has acknowledged the issue and is releasing a fix. Hopefully it addresses the majority of it.

  • I won't deny there are hit detection issues. However, just because you manage to hit an enemy first, doesn't mean that it's a hit detection issue. Because it could happen, even if the game is working 100% fine. If you're using something like a AK-205 and you're up against a M4 at 5 meters, then you could start shooting first, but you'll still lose.

Hopefully the December 9th update actually fix's some of this.

  • Everyone knows that, even DICE - so now we just have to wait until December 9 for the new update.
