DICE crapped down the throats of BF veterans with all the tiny COD boi maps, BR bull crap, and other non BF game modes. Then they linked challenges, Battlepass and skins that require these crap game...

its been a trend for years though. bf2 was the real bf. bc2 was COD, but with a chopper and crazy destruction and character. it grew on us. bf3 bought back at least good vehicle play for all players with all vehicles. and been downhill ever since, gradually. this is just the peak I guess. But can you blame them? Unless your argument is that they never took competitive gaming, or cheating serious enough, that the pc community died and the only online gamers left are the console players, so its the only way they can make money now. but its a business brother. But at the same time, then, if thats the case, we have to blame general society for turning a blind eye do the digital realm all these years. For never applying the same principles and laws, and letting it teach our kids to be sociopaths who have now grown up to be adults destroying all our institutions like lord of the flies.

Oh and I forgot to mention the cheaters bragging on social media and videos, fully showing their gamer tags.
Banning accounts isn’t enough and as we see on videos, this is easily overcome via yet another cheat.
Start banning hardware FOR ALL EA GAMES! Ban their consoles for all EA games. Ban their PC hardware FOR ALL EA GAMES. The time of half assed measures to combat cheaters is OVER WITH!!
some games have tried banning hardwware id's. I remember quakelive did that. Doesn't matter though, those can also be changed. Nothing can be done except verifying identities like we do for the gov't and paying for the privilege. I'm down for that, most people are not yet. society has not evolved enough. I been waiting 25 years. Also remember its a small amount of players man, ands many have money to burn.
Also, some people are not using cheat engines, they are just pro level players or stacking teams. And banning engines is not gonna solve that problem, which is even bigger and more detrimental to the community because of the anonymity. I have a saying. not every stacker is a hacker but every hacker is a stacker so if you stop stackers you stop almost all hackers, by virtue.It's sad, I'd rather complain and die to cheaters than have the gameplay stutters that I am. At least then I could pinpoint an issue rather than playing "submit your ticket here and we might look at it eventually" as you theorycraft and test every setting under the sun to see if anything fixes it
