How are Helo's in Redsec still a friggen problem

No wonder this game takes 15 minutes to find enough players. 

Everyone just finds a Helo and crashes it into the ground until the other player dies, and essentially can't do anything unless they have an RPG.  Then they just fly off, repair and repeat.
