How can you go about getting in game items restored?

And please don't tell me to use the EA Advisors because as I have learned in this process they are basically pointless to talk to unless you want a refund when buying something right from EA.

On Saturday last week I spent 150 coins to go from battlepass level 99 to 100 because I wouldn't have time to play over the next couple of days and the battlepass menu said that it ended in 2 days from Saturday. I only spent these coins because I didn't want to miss the reward. Then I log in yesterday and the battlepass was extended by 4 more weeks meaning I had plenty of time to finish. Now I can finish the battlepass but won't have enough coins for the next one without spending more money.

The amount of coins is trivial, but the fact I have received so much push back over restoring 150 coins due to a misleading timer in the menu is kind of crazy to me. I have never had any company give so much pushback to fix an error that was on their end.

Is there any other avenue that can be taken? Like I said, the 150 coins is trivial, but my experience in trying to get help with this issue has made it so I will no longer be spending money with EA unless it's fixed. This was an error on EA's part and should be easily rectified with no pushback, especially the amount that I have received.

TL;DR How can I get help with restoring in game items since the EA advisors seem to be able to do nothing for you?
