How is kit swap stilled tied to E instead of holding R?

This has been brought up before, but it looks like I have to bring it up again. It is incredibly frustrating to look at a downed ally, hit E, and instead of reviving them, picking up their kit. I don't understand who thought of doing this instead of the classic, always working implementation of holding R.

This needs to be changed ASAP. It's a quick and simple change.
