How to send videos to EA for in game player harassment?

So I play in Australia and I've come across a level 200+ player who camps with the AA vehicles on the edge of the HQ boundaries and if any other vehicle is parked near him, he will ram their vehicle....

When Im in a tank and I see tanks sitting in the HQ.... I assume they want to mate. So I charge and attempt to mount.

    The tanks aren't in the HQ, the player in the AA drives out of the HQ and rams the nearest friendly tank.
