I’ve never played a game with worse connection issues(PS5)

The game itself is really good, but trying to actually get into a game is borderline ridiculous. It takes me 4-6 times to actually connect with BF6 servers & play a game about 80% of the time. I’m in NA with a 1 gig connection, but I feel like I’m using Dial-Up to try & connect. I’ve tried all the hackneyed suggestions and nothing works. 
When are you fixing this?!!!
