I cannot create the BF6 banned appeal case

My Battlefield 6 account has been banned.

What is puzzling is that initially, the account was only suspended for one day, but later it became permanently banned. I assure you that I am an absolutely fair player and have never cheated. I suspect that the ban is related to IP changes: due to unstable servers in China, I have to use an accelerator to play online, and switching nodes during the game is just to prevent disconnection. This IP fluctuation may have led to misjudgment. ​

What's worse?

When I tried to appeal my case. I always ended up with the message saying 

"We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again."

Can someone fix this bug?

I already played BF for about 6 years.I'm very angry and confused.
