i chose a wrong PATH for my S1 battlepass..any chances i can get it resseted?

First i tried to open a ticket and it seems not to work, at the end it brings me to page with suggestions on how to resolve issues not related to mine and i have 0 ticket open....

i find the path thingy not intuitive at first.. i went into the loadout page to see the weapon i wanted to get with my battle pass, it sent me to the paths...where it says choose or unlock the paths or whatever and i unlocked the path it putted me in thinking it was the one for the weapon that brang me there ....but it was not the right path..

any solutions?

plus i dont have my 12 xp rewards from the fiasco at launch...
