I did not cheat, please help me!
I am writing to formally appeal the permanent ban placed on my Battlefield 6 account.

Battlefield 6 is my favorite game, specifically the RedSec mode. Playing with my friends every night is the highlight of my day. I was devastated to find my account permanently banned on May 13, 2025. I firmly believe this ban was triggered by a compromised account and not by my own actions.
1. No Cheating Usage
I reside in Fuzhou, Fujian, China. Due to the lack of local servers, I use UU Booster (ExitLag) routing through Hong Kong nodes. This explains why my IP frequently appears in Hong Kong. I only play on two personal computers. My K/D ratios are 0.86 in Season 1 and 0.94 in Season 2. If I were using cheats, these statistics would be significantly higher.
2. Evidence of Account Theft
I never play past 2:00 AM. However, my login logs show multiple unauthorized access attempts during abnormal hours:

I despise cheating. I have successfully reported 6 players for cheating, and EA has taken action against them.

I am a paying customer who loves the skins and weapons. I have spent 304 RMB on the game via Steam:

My friends are waiting for me to return. I respectfully request a review of the login logs and ask for the chance to prove my innocence. I will continue to support Battlefield 6 if my account is restored.
