You make it sound like only console players use controller. You know there's a ton of PC players that use controller right? I'm guessing you don't want to play with them either? Here's the truth about the "aim assist" in this game, it's broken like everything else and I don't mean it's op. The OVERWHELMING majority of controller players say they don't get aim assist, or it's terrible. I don't, and none of the people I play with do. But I have seen PC players on here that tried a controller and said they got super sticky lock on aim assist.
So you tell me. Am I, and thousands of controller players lying about aim assist, or maybe it's broken like half the stuff in this game right now? Trust me, there's plenty of times I'm sarcastically screaming, "MAN! WISH I HAD THAT OP AIM ASSIST THERE!".
I think what we're ALL dealing with right now are cronus and xim cheaters. I'm on xbox with cross play off, and trust me there's a bunch of cronus users. I'm talking split second, lock on, never miss a shot no matter what distance from the same players over and over.
TLDR: Even if they make it possible for PC to turn off cross play, I don't think your games are going to get that much better because of cronus/xim and cheaters.
