I received a permanent ban without violating anything. When I asked why I was banned, EA support told me I violated the End User License Agreement. I would like to know which specific clause of this agreement? I don't swear in the chat, I don't use cheats. They've banned an honest player, and when I specifically ask why, they just shove the End User License Agreement in my face.
