I want to adjust the scope magnification without aiming.

In Battlefield 4, you could change the magnification by pressing a key even when not aiming, use the canted sights or magnify, and check the HUD to see what magnification your weapon was at. In Battlefield 6, you can only change the magnification while aiming, and I can't see what magnification I'm at.

I'm desperately looking forward to this feature.

I said this in another thread earlier, it is annoying when you try to aim at something and you are looking at a wall really close up then you have to mess about finding the right zoom level while trying not to get shot.
