IFV and MBT turret turn-speed really just feels abysmal, needs to change

Title. It feels like **bleep**. There's no other way to say it. Absolutely miserable. If upping the turret turn-speed means you have to weaken other things about them, fine, but please, please make it so the turret isn't moving through molasses. 

The slower turn speed heavily encourages vehicles to sit far back from the action and not push up since they won't be able to react to infantry in close quarters, which sucks **bleep**. Please please please please improve this.
