In a full game, you can't switch squads. Game feels awful w/o squad.
A full game means no squad switching. If I have 2 allies in a Patrol boat all game, that means I have one singular squadmmate I can spawn on the entire match. This is unacceptable and makes the game feel unplayable, especially on Tsuru reef. I have quit matches because of this. Same thing has happened with two guys in an attack heli all game or just having worthless snipers staying back on hills or refusing to play as a team.
Please for the love of god let me leave these squads. BF4 figured this out, it was better to leave a 5 player squad and join a 2-3 player one if the 2-3 player squad was playing along with your playstyle. Don't let your weird OCD about squads needing to be properly divisible ruin games for your players. I have never left a BF4 game bc my squad refused to play the objective with me or were in a vehicle I couldn't spawn on all game. I have done that dozens of times in this one because I have no other recourse. 5 player squads also mean if someone's in a vehicle all game you have other people to play with and spawn on.
Basically, if your squad doesn't match your playstyle, the game can feel miserable, and there's no way for you to fix that besides leaving and finding a different match.
