Easily the Battlefield with the least cheaters.
Their Anticheat articles ( https://battleflow.io/post/season-3-anticheat-update-adds-vac-bans-and-strict-tpm-enforcement ) all go into some detail what they do to stop it.
I'm sorry, your entire premise just seems wrong.
They never list how many accounts they ban just a vague reference to "instances" which is meaningless without more info. Then they mention matches that are "cheater" free. What is a match? There are hundreds and hundreds of portal games and I bet 100000% they count those. If they do that would make regular MP as high as 20-30% or more with a cheater in them. But they don't publish the necessary info to make any conclusion. They also hide the amount of cronus users they've banned. Millions of cheat devices on console, but we don't see tens of thousands of banned console accounts weekly, monthly ,etc?
