If anyone is reading this from EA or Microsoft...maybe work better on your email communication to customers.
It is Friday 10th October here in Australia and no where on the email (see attached) from Microsoft does it say Friday 10th October "Pacific Time".
Surely it can't be that hard??

It's not that hard, this was tweeted by the official Battlefield channel on X a week ago.
The release date for Sydney, Australia is 02:00 AEDT on the 11th of October.
yeah it sucks.. would of been awsome if was open now for some friday night new battlefiled feels (I swear other bf releases where 7pm friday here in Australia).. especialy on a Bathurst weekend too (most of the weekend will be spent watching the race here and not playing skewing the releace weekend numbers in Aus)
Like others have said Saturday 2am EDT here in Australia it will be open.. have an early night, relax and get some good sleep, wake up and blast away in ya warm morning PJ's with a hot milo..
Yea terrible launch times. Especially for those in Australia and those who have to wait till 11th ridiculous. Streamers and people who got the game early have 40 plus hours into game but we also paid for the but can't play it.
Yeah it's just me providing feedback on the preorder confirmation email comms that were sent to customers. it's not hard to provide a link in the email to global launch times. Easy thing to do...but for EA and/or Microsoft it appears to be too difficult
I downloaded the game for my son and don't actively look for this stuff on social media. Feedback is simple to EA and Microsoft ....put a link to global launch times in the preorder confirmation email. Problem solved...again how hard it it for them to do that. Instead the email just says available 10th October....so you understand the point...poorly designed comns
