You’re missing the entire point. TTK in Battlefield 6 feels artificially inflated compared to previous Battlefield titles, and no this has nothing to do with lag or missing shots. Don’t try to dismiss a design flaw as a “skill issue.” I’ve played every Battlefield since BF3, and the difference is very clear. In BF3, BF4, and even 2042, the TTK was tight, responsive, and most importantly believable. Enemies went down in a reasonable number of bullets, which kept the gunplay fast, lethal, and rewarding.
In BF6, however, engagements drag out unnecessarily. It takes so many rounds to drop a single target that you’re forced to reload after every kill, which is not only unrealistic but kills the pacing of fights. That’s not a matter of aiming better, that’s poor tuning of weapon damage and health values.
This is Battlefield, not an arcade BR game. The series has always been about a balance of realism and fun. Right now, BF6 leans way too far into a bullet sponge system that does not fit Battlefield’s DNA.
So no, the TTK isn’t too fast. If you genuinely believe it is, then either you didn’t play past Battlefield titles enough to understand the standard they set, or you’re conflating BR leaks with core multiplayer. For veterans of the series, BF6’s TTK feels off, and pretending otherwise just ignores the franchise’s history.
