Just a list of problems.
To start with, I've got to complain about the recent mortar changes. On breakthrough mortars are making the game disgusting to play. You end up with at least 4 people on mortars every game on both teams just making the OBJ impossible to touch. Even being near it is constant screen shake so bad it gives me a headache. It's impossible to really see anything or tell what's going on at all because every .5 seconds there's an explosion. Mortars need disabled on breakthrough until an effective change is made.
I'm also just sick and tired of consoles. Cover doesn't mean anything to them. The projectile guidance you refuse to admit to is on full display when a console player shoots at walls and kill people behind them. Console grenades will just magically teleport to your feet no matter where they landed, and will do so without giving you that useful red dot that you get when fighting a PC player. It's also impossible to damage them because for whatever reason they get to exist on a different playing field where the server just deletes damage you do to a console player. The hitreg and netcode changes were pretty good... when playing against PC players. Against console, it's worse than it ever was before.
Is there any plan to deal with the out of control cheating in this game? I know no one will admit to or accept that having a F2P mode called redsuck is just giving cheaters a haven to test their cheats. You know that they're just using AI to develop their cheats right? And that you have given them unlimited attempts to work on their hacks? I'm watching people go 100/4 in infantry only matches. I block them, I report them, they're still in my games. Why? Why? I'm going insane here because this decision makes zero sense.
At least half of the gadgets in this game are worthless. The ladder is, at best, funny, and at worst just a tool for exploiting. The Igla you added recently is broken and functions as a worse version of the stinger. The slam is so unreliable that it only works and a much weaker mine. Who got upset at the DGMK too? Finally get a cool "front line sniper" gadget and it's already been nerfed into the ground.
Ammo and health need to be split up like they used to be. No more one stop shop. Every time you see someone running support with mammoth you KNOW they're just a turbo sweat who will refuse to even think about giving you their ammo. The stim needle is just garbage too, I'm sure you watched the same YT video detailing just how crappy it is. Give assault ammo boxes and return support to being a medic who gives HP boxes.
Why are the menus still broken? The "new unlock" notifications are only getting worse. It used to be that restarting the game cleared them, or at the least by the next time I played they went away, but now it's just permanent. What good is a notification if EVERYTHING has the notification? And the scoreboard, why is it that you cursor disappears when your death timer runs out? I get it, it's trying to get you back into action. But you'd think it would at least just close the entire screen. But I guess when it tried to do that is when it would just lock the scoreboard open.
Attachment balance is just abysmal. Honestly, the only thing I've seen make a real difference is lasers. Every other attachment is just a placebo. No muzzle device really helps with recoil, not that you can really take anything other than flash hider or suppressor with the way tagging works. This new violet laser is PEAK, but idk why it's the only thing that helps accuracy when every other attachment says it helps when it very clearly makes no change whatsoever. 90% of the weapons are decided by their starting stats. It's why all we see from sweats is pretty much the same 3 or 4 weapons. There is an insanely clear hyper-meta that isn't being addressed at all.
Air sucks. Spawning into a helo is just a death sentence. I never even see jets anymore because they just die the second they spawn due to spawn campers. The only thing air is good for currently is getting people into a next to impossible area that you can't access without air. Firestorm is a good example of this on breakthrough, where the attacking team gets a helo so they can just 100% own the upper layers of the play area.
The maps suck. Iberian and Cairo are the best, and they're really just ok. Iberian might be great, but for some reason you close off some of the pathways for armor to traverse. And armor lives in a constant state of fear of ONE SINGULAR engi since engi gets 5 rockets now for no good reason. People are glazing contaminated, but it's honestly one of the worst maps in the game. Getting in to why would take up as much as this post already is taking. Hagental was ALMOST great, but then you added too many routes, and yet almost none of them are really useful.
I could go on, but I guess I'll close this one off for now. I'm just so frustrated by the lack of awareness of design that is being shown. The game has a great core play to it, yet design decisions that seem based off of "What Would CoD do?" or just literally throwing random changes into the game to see what sticks. Oh, speaking of changes, great job reverting the cancerous CoD movement changes and bringing those back. Great job on that, really.
