Latency is to high South Africa

For the last 2 weeks or so I'm getting an average of 187ms latency on redsec duos and quads where in the past I was averaging 30ms, it's not my internet because on multiplayer I still get 30ms, it sucks as a South African being forced to play on servers with such high latency because you can't compete with that kinda lag, I understand it was done probably to get faster games but still it sucks!
