Loadout and logging out.

Is there a way to look at my loadout inbetween rounds during matchmaking and before a new round starts to look at the new equipment i unlocked at the end of the previoud match?

Also ive tried logging out to main menu several times at the end of my session only to be kick back into the match, in the end i had to alt+f4 to close it, anyone else have thise issue?
