LOCAL MODE AGAINST BOTS/AI IN BATTLEFIELD 6
I hope and pray that EA, DICE, and the Battlefield Labs team see my request to include a local mode against bots/AI in the base game of the great game set to be released on October 10, 2025, Battlefield 6, as it could attract even more attention and draw more people to buy it, allowing those who cannot afford an online subscription or have a poor connection/wifi to experience the essence of Battlefield without any issues.
Just as Call of Duty has done with almost all of its games, I think it would be a pleasant surprise and a gift for the Battlefield community to have a bot/AI mode, a mode that they have been asking to return since Battlefield 2, thereby increasing the number of players since it would broaden the reach for the large group of people who, as I said, cannot afford an online subscription.
I hope that the EA team, DICE, and Battlefield Labs consider the suggestion of this group of people who are asking for a local mode in a Battlefield and think about it, because it is a good idea.
I agree with you, I'd love to see offline mode as well. I'm playing BF3 Venice Unleashed with bots now, and it's honestly pretty great, even lets me explore some of the maps in modes I'd never played on them back in the day, like TDM on Armored Kill maps (not great, but interesting nonetheless).
I really enjoyed BF6 during the beta and played it a ton on my PS5. I almost never play multiplayer games anymore and see no point in getting a PS Plus as a result, but I'd really love to see an offline mode in BF6 so I could still run around with bots from time to time without wasting money on a subscription each time. Right now I play Battlefront 2 to scratch that offline Battlefield itch on console, but it's not the same, obviously (even though it is the only option for offline Conquest currently).
Anyway, there is a similar post already here. Might wanna check it out as well.
