Lock-On Missiles Ignore Flares

There is currently a major issue with lock-on missiles ignoring flares. Right now, it feels like there is roughly a 30% chance for any lock-on missile, no matter if it’s from a MANAD, MAA, jet etc....

Hey, folks

I wanted to drop in and let everyone know that we've seen a few other reports of this on the EA forums and other platforms, and have passed it along for the team to look into.

While I appreciate all the replies and the data you have linked to me, please continue to record any clips and post them so I can pass them along to the team.

Once there is an update on this one, we will update everyone here and let you know what's happening.

Also it's extremely worrying that balance changes are decided seemingly by "popularity".

Air mains have an entire subreddit and discord cult designed around whining about not being able to murder servers with 150-0 kill streaks, and constantly complaining about anti-air weapons. They whine in prodigious numbers and are constantly pushing for anti-air nerfs.

Battlefield 2042 was ruined by them, because the devs kept catering to little bird & stealth helo pilots, nerfing all anti-air weapons (TOR, liz missile, stingers, wildcat) and constantly buffing the helos.

Be fr bro 😂 The entire main sub and 99% of BF players cry about air vehicles and want them nerfed and easy to take out even when they’re already easier to take out than in any other title.
