Honestly, the discord post got no replies, and the support form on your website was broken. I'll just wait for October and consider myself entirely blocked from future testing. Unfortunate.

We can't give a lot of assistance for BF Labs here, unfortunately, as it's under NDA. Your best bet for help is to post in the private Discord channel you would have been invited to.
Discord has this annoying issue that took me a while to figure out. Whenever you get sent a link, related to password resets, or to confirm you're logging in from a new location, the link just doesn't work. Tried all sorts of things to get it working, like disabling ad-block, using different browsers, changing the DNS, etc. Yet the link still didn't work.
I didn't get to register my discord account, because I couldn't log in. In the end the trick was to use an URL shortener to get a valid link. Now I know that Battlefield has nothing to do with Discord, but I was kind of surprised that it's used as an official communication channel, with no alternatives available.
