M240L Not unlocking despite challenge completion

I completed all the necessary challenges to unlock the M240L, however it is still locked on my loadouts page.

This is after verifying files, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, completing a number of matches as was recommended to me by some fine folks on the interwebs and trying to re-perform the tasks to complete the bullet storm 2 challenge so it could maybe "update" on the back end, however no luck.

If anyone else has had the same issue please comment here but this is mildly frustrating as I want to use it on my support build.
