M4A1 Needs RPM Nerf

EA, you nerfed the shotgun before launch but you never nerfed the OP M4A1 that players, reviewers, and streamers were also complaining about during Beta. The carbine fires so fast, has a generous magazine, and retains damage so well at range that SMGs are outclassed even at close range

So far my teams dedicated Engineer has quit the game over it and after trying to fill the role, I'm about done with the game myself. I'm sick of dying to some noob with a unkitted M4A1 despite the SGX maxed.
