Also, due to sensitivity to performance anxiety, I don't like others monitoring my gameplay. I get overtly vigilant when squad members stay in spawn screen. I fear they watches my gameplay to judge me 😞
If there's one thing you should understand is that nobody actually cares. People are mostly preoccupied with themselves. They aren't going to concern themselves with a random on their squad. Even if they bother looking at you, they'll have forgotten about it the next minute. There's really nothing to worry about.
And yes, despite all of that you'll still occasionally meet people that have some anger management issues. You can just ignore them as it's their problem, not yours.
