EA Ban for no reason

You dont know how the seller purchased your code you are buying. If the code you bought was purchased by stolen credit card. EA flags that account and you lose access. When it is reported as stolen.

Dont ever use G2A.com to purchased games or codes. Its a Risk for a ban. Purchase the game using official means of purchase not 3rd party purchases. They might have illegally obtained the code you bought. 

There are post all over Reddit about it.

You say your knowledgeable yet didnt have the knowledge to purchase a game the official way. You used a method to buy the game cheaters use. Which is very suspicious to me. I dont care if your friends say you dont cheat. I dont trust any of them either.

The Ban explicitly says cheating , which i have never endorsed

Know the player from BF3 (Haeimlik) , he does not have a single reason to cheat. This needs appealed ASAP

He is a clean player and he is a good player never had to uesed a reason to cheat .

i have known you for so long and im 100% sure you're not cheater and i hope dice will discuss their decisions and get your account back 

I deeply sympathize with your unfortunate experience. I thought such a thing wouldn't happen to me, but when I was wrongly banned, I realized that many people, like me, were banned the next day after I just bought the combination pack in the game on September 3rd. Many people, including you, were inexplicably banned. EA is currently laying off employees, and no one has come to see your appeal case. Community managers can't help, they will only repeatedly ask you to appeal, and then no one will read your appeal. I have been banned for a month now, and I am very disappointed with EA. It has been many years since Battlefield 4, and the first time I was banned is now. This treatment is very uncomfortable. I have been playing games for more than ten years, and the first time I was wrongly banned from playing games.

Nice of you to bring your friends to post.  Glad it means absolutely nothing and EA only cares about your ban reason (which was probably cheating).

As other players have already pointed out, ban appeals can only be submitted through the Penalty History tool. These appeals are reviewed by our ToS team, so we’re unable to review or overturn penalties here on the forums.

For reference, you can also check the Battlefield 6 rules to learn more about what we consider cheating. This includes but isn’t limited to:

• using third-party software, such as aimbots, wallhacks, and other similar cheats in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players
• using software or cheat tools that disconnect other players from EA servers
• performing in-game exploits, or abusing glitches or bugs
• stat padding (abusing game features in an unintended manner to artificially stack on scores)
• win-trading or otherwise manipulating in-game ranking systems with the collaboration of others.
• This includes unfair play like teaming up with another player in Solo or squads collaborating with other squads.

The bigger issue here is that EA’s appeal system inspires very little confidence that appeals are actually being meaningfully reviewed.

Players are routinely met with vague explanations, boilerplate responses, and little to no information about what evidence or behavior supposedly justified the penalty. When the only avenue for challenging a potentially incorrect enforcement action provides no meaningful explanation or transparency, it becomes extremely difficult to trust the process.

Blup-Haimelik​  is a well-known member of the community who regularly streams on Discord and, throughout more than a decade of playing Battlefield, has never been suspected of cheating. Obviously, reputation alone doesn’t prove anything, but situations like this are exactly why a functional and transparent appeals process matters.

If legitimate players are going to lose access to accounts they have invested a substantial amount of time and money into, there needs to be a credible way to challenge those decisions and receive an actual explanation, not simply another standardized response reaffirming the original penalty.

EA/DICE seriously need to improve both the enforcement and appeals process. Battlefield already struggles to retain its player base; adding more frustration by leaving players with the impression that penalties are opaque, appeals are perfunctory, and there is effectively no meaningful recourse when the system gets something wrong is unacceptable.

Please give this case an actual review rather than another copy-and-paste response.
