make setting for no revive toggle

it happens to me all the time where im reviving someone and i cant stop reviving them when someone is approaching, make it so it only revives while im holding the use button and if i let go it stops reviving. its elementary.

Also let us change the bind to pick up a kit. Thing lands on players 50% of the time and you CAN NOT grab them to rez without swapping kits 20 times, then having to redeploy because you ended up with his kit.
