Make SOMETHING matter at least, revert bot EXP or whatever

There is really no feeling of accomplishment in this game, everything is so watered down or abused that no gear or skin or anything seem to have any ounce of "Hell yeah, I earned that" like in the older installments. 

This feels so hollow and its distasteful seeing people with over rank 1000 bottom fragging because they can shoot real players.  

Restart stats, remove and revert any chance of XP and stats when there is bots, just do anything to make the game feel like it has something that matters, when not playing with friends this game is like any other FREE fps.
