You do know that most have work and family we dont have time to play this game 24/7 weeks after week. That is one reason why many people have quit, if you cant understand that then yikes
I dont play 24/7, I have a family, 2 kids with disabilities I play a game here and there when I can, I play domination so rounds only last 10 minutes or so.
I have the same family setup as you and have sunk 250 hours in to the game, which already feels to much.
have two weapons that I have unlocked (over level 40, but not maxed out at 50), but the annoyance of the grind is getting to me. Any new gun I want to play will take too much time and I don’t like playing rinse and repeat just to get it with the most wanted unlocks. Most of the stuff I need to get a gun set up as I’d like it, sits around level 30-40. So now with two weapons unlocked, I have a bunch of level 5-8 some few at 10-15, and two or three guns at 20-25.
I would even consider buying the unlocks just to have the possibility to play with the full repertoire of weapons, but that’s behind paid services that would cost 20-30$ for each gun to have a service do the unlocks on my behalf. I’m not gonna do that (it’s not worth it by far), but EA is creating an economy out of their leveling system. It’s similar to the gold industry in WOW, where blizzard hated the side industry, but it was due to their economy structure. It got balanced in the long run. Hopefully EA understands this soon and can make changes to it, rather then loose a even larger playerbase.

Also I can tell you my k/d does not improve with a gun when I get the high end stuff unlocked.
And I don't get massive kill counts, maybe between 8 and 12 kills a game on average.

you want the same rewards as someone putting in 10x the effort?
It is a mistake to perceive tools like the attachments as rewards.
The accolades, the cosmetics and the stats are the rewards
Also anyone putting 10x the effort is better by default when using the same kit as someone who does not.
