Map Size & Flow — Game Feels Too Fast and Maps Too Small
The game feels overly fast-paced, and the current map design limits the classic Battlefield experience.
Description:
Battlefield 6 still suffers from the same issue that many players have pointed out since launch — the overall game flow is far too fast, and map sizes feel too restricted for a proper large-scale battle experience.
Even on “Large Conquest” servers, most maps feel cramped, with capture zones placed too close to each other, forcing constant running and chaotic engagements without any sense of frontlines or tactical flow.
This makes it hard to enjoy the real “Battlefield feeling” — that sense of space, scale, and teamwork across huge environments.
Suggestions:
Rework or expand the current smaller map sectors to restore the classic large-scale Battlefield pacing.
If full reworks aren’t possible, then remove small maps from the Large Conquest rotation entirely.
Replace them with massive, open, strategically layered maps (similar to those in Battlefield 3, 4, or 2042’s reworked seasons).
Maintain clear frontlines and natural flanking routes instead of compressed chaos.
Why This Matters:
Players join Battlefield for epic, large-scale battles, not arcade-like pacing.
Proper map scale allows vehicles, infantry, and aircraft to coexist without overwhelming each other.
Larger battle zones improve team coordination and revive the feeling of true conquest warfare.
Summary:
> The current pacing and small map layouts make the game feel rushed and repetitive.
Please expand or rework smaller maps and ensure the Large Conquest mode features only truly large-scale battlefields.
Battlefield should feel strategic and immersive, not just fast and chaotic.
The Battlefield series should remain Battlefield. Call of Duty or Fortnite should not be used as an example. We will continue to provide feedback daily until these issues are resolved.
