Matchmaking needs a "New Games Only" option

The number of times I've had a good experience with being back filled I can count on one hand. Being back filled utterly sucks. The majority of the times it's into matches that are nearly over, and the majority of those are into the losing team.

Give us the option to prevent being back filled.
