Matchmaking needs work (or balancing)

After the last update, it seems like more often matchmaking results in teams that are way too one-sided skill wise

Here's a recent example - I'm the only one on my team with a 100+ level, the opponents have only two guys that aren't. Not saying I'm a great player, but only one player from our side had a positive K/D, we got wiped

Here's an even more extreme one - all but one of the opponents were on PC, all above LVL100, we had just a couple of players above 100, half was on PC. 

Now I'm not against cross play, but the skill levels just get too far off sometimes. Feels like matchmaking is completely random, so on larger modes you don't see this as much (but does happen), but the smaller modes are prone for this to happen
