Same problem in the ME servers, the game matchmaking enters 10-15 players then after a couple of minutes the game starts populating with bots to start the game with more than 80% bots.
This issue has persisted in BF 2042 since its launch, and EA has not addressed it.
Worst part is that this is not because of lack of players. There are enough players at any given time. The problem is bringing more players together for the match and then throwing them all away before the next match honestly doesn't make any sense.
