Matchmaking takes way longer to fill games yet the balance is awful

Find and filling matches it taking way longer now. Sure, the game has been hemorrhaging players since day one, but not so many to explain the wait times. Now when games do fill the balance ends up being attrocious as well.

This is such a massive leap back from the server browser. Why take something that had worked fine for multipe generations of the game and replace it with this garbage?
