Medals, Ribbons and Dogtags...

I hope these return to Battlefield 6 in much the same manner as they were to be found in Battlefield 1.

I had a lot of fun working my way through collecting as many as I could. It made me play the game in different ways, on various modes, and with other weapons, etc.

This, to me, added depth to the game, increased its longevity, and, above all, a sense of attainment and fun that kept me playing long after I might've otherwise stopped.

I hope they nail this perhaps undervalued aspect again.

  • I love games that reward the player for things they do in game,

And the Ranking also had to do with those medals/badges/ribbons/time played -

  • Too bad that we won’t hear anything about this until launch. Progression systems have never been a part of beta’s, so we won’t be any wiser before launch. At least we know that there are dog tags from the footage of take downs, so hopefully we can actually earn them in game.

Sawtooth75 I'm hyped how slick and seamless the melee looked and preying it's as good as it looks.

Dogtags are a type of prestige, especially the ones that actually track stats, always good to show off, always good to take rare ones.
