Menu FPS Lock Option

Can we please get a option to lock the FPS when you're not loaded into a game. Simple way would be to lock it to 60fps. Doesn't need more than this for a smooth menu experience.

I Agree, no need for the GPU and CPU to pull 100% when in the lobby.
