Missing Season 2 Pro Pass

Through the EA app on PC, I bought the pre-purchase of  the BF6 Phantom edition which included the Battle Pass Pro.

When we could not play the game through the EA App on launch day it was posted in the Discord channel that everyone would be given Season One Pro Pass by way of an apology, and that people who had bought the Pro pass for Season One would receive the Pro Pass for Season 2

My friend, who bought the same edition as I has received this (you get an activation button instead of a purchase button in game), but I have not - I have logged in and out several times.

I contacted EA help and they said to post in here.

As I did not screenshot the forum at the time I don't have the post as a reference. Has anyone got this and do others have the same issue where they have not receive the Pro as compensation? 

If I am misremembering this it seems very odd my friend has received it.
