Missing unlocked Gadgets

has anyone else completed the class challenges but then went to go and equipped the gadget and found it still locked? I'm specifically trying to equip the smoke launcher from the support  and its still locked despite the fact i completed the challenge to unlock it.

I plan on reporting it as a bug but I was curious to see if other people had encountered this as well.
