maybe EA could make an "Internet Cafe" setting for when you log in, does a quick scan, and tells you if there are any problems with the computer you are using. Or runs some kind of wrapper program to cancel out any cheats it might passively use. I do keep seeing the "its not my PC" as a common symptom of getting unfairly banned from a players perspective.
sounds like a dream haha. anyway its better to have personal one. I just had to move to another country and I can't buy a personal computer yet. But I hope to do so soon. God grant that wars are only in games and movies but not in real life.
