Mortars having unlimited ammo is really stupid

Nearly every weapon that isn't melee has an ammo limit... except mortars. The most braindead, spammable, campy weapon in the game and this is the one that gets unlimited ammo.

What an absolutely terrible decision. This needs to be changed.
