If this is true, this is really sad because something is off with the game and I don't know exactly what.

BrutalSBK7777 What ridiculous comments. This is a shooter, but you think the milliseconds controlling recoil in a gunfight aren't even noticeable? Struggling to hit targets is exactly what people are complaining about and DICE has come clean on one aspect of that recently (a bloom bug). This is just one more aspect they need to admit and fix.
And why would people get banned for editing a config file with an option that console players all have and when Florian at DICE has said to try editing to help CPU issues?

Bulletspread in this game is too random and there's no distingue patterns like CS to adjust too. If you spent 5 mins in firing range it would be obvious.
