My battlefield coins are -12000 when I haven’t bought anything recently.

It could be a visual error, since I don't think we can be in Boins debt, but just in case it's probably worth talking with EA Help so they can check you account.
If you use the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below, you should be able to open a case or have a live chat.
