Nerf Tanks !!!!

Hi all , it looks like I'm playing World of Tanks!!! 5/6 Rpg's shoot aren't enough to let them down , wtf!!!!! I always liked to play big maps like in every bf, but here isn't possible to play like this! 

A lot of matches are not balanced, easy win or easy lose.... a balanced match any 10/15 match maybe ....come on, fix these things please !!!

  • You are playing a Battlefield game , Blueberry. Co-ordinate with your team to blow that tin can up ! You should not expect to easily beat alone one of the 1 to 2 tanks/IFVs available per team. Tanks in BF6 until season 3 were so bad that people had to either camp the spawn or to chose to play infantry instead

    The Anti Vehicle mines of all types need to be buffed though. They will never do their job if the game gives tanks auto spotting for the mines ( think they also said  they made them to glint.  The EoD bot mines are more or less the only ones that might sometimes go unnotticed.

    The Accoustic mine is useless too...

    ... what sort of feedback have the BF Labs people been giving? ... Geez

    Mines need to be better, right now they can't be stacked, and they glow. Tanks have the tools to counter mines, let people die for not noticing.

    Hi,

    You are saying that I need to team up to destroy a tank to do something realistic? ... do you really think that 5 RPG to destroy a tank is a realistic thing ? Come on ....however this is a kind of feedback for me, it is my thought and I don't need that you approve 😉

    Agree to also improve all anti vehicle.

    yes, cause it is a team game. You can still do it alone ( I do it a often) but it will be harder

    Really ?! , are we going to get into the maximum number of RPGs a real M1 Abrahams can take from the front?

    Mines need improvement and the rear damage did not have to be reduced, that is all I will give.
    Also the Thermal smoke clearing C4 charges makes no sense. Plastic explosives can even be tossed into a fire and not detonate.

    Getting into a discussion about realism is... Complicated. Honestly, historically, a tank has always been extremely vulnerable to infantry, and armies' doctrines are to have tanks work in concert with their own infantry. Problem is, that requires strong teamwork and constant communication, of the kind we do not often see in BF matches.

    So let's perhaps drop the realism aspect, it's not a useful point.

    I do believe the tanks a tad too strong right now. It's a balancing act, I like the changes for the most part, I just think they went just a bit too far. From a pure gameplay perspective, I think a single infantry should be able to take down a tank only if that tank is playing poorly:  not moving much, staying isolated from the rest of their troops. Anything else should require a serious, concerted effort from more than one player.

    Of note, whether it's when facing a tank or other troops, NOT engaging is always an option. People tend to see the game as if they should be able to overcome any situation singlehandedly. Why should it be so? There's a tank pummeling an objective and no one to help you, go and work on another one; recognizing the situations where efforts should be put elsewhere are an important skill and fully part of this game.

    C4 should also be rewarded. A player can currently stick a tank with 4 C4 and do nothing because of thermal smoke. This is absolutely abysmal, and it either needs to be reverted, OR third person camera needs to be removed.

    Yes go and work on another objective until the same tank will come and pummel that one too cause no one was able to take it down, tank got 5 rpg’s ,retreated  for a few seconds got a little bit of repair and roll to victory once more, great just great gameplay.

    The argument above of frontal armor(reality) is total crap cause if a tank can take an rpg full frontal it sure cant hold against one in the rear, but no in BF6 you can still throw 3 in the rear of a tank and it will still survive turn and shoot you down.

    Mines? Of course they should hidden and no way to counter them unless you got a specific attachment (Mine Rollers/Plows) and if u get hit by one the very least should be the caterpillars to be destroyed and render the vehicle unmovable.

    There are many ways to implement rock paper scissors and force teams to work together instead of every single one of us join a lobby of Golmund and care only for k/d ,not for repairs, not for objectives, not for revives nothing just k/d, who cares win or lose just that I have a 40/5 at the end of the match and that’s where BF6 failed miserably.

    Instead of listening to all that feedback of cod /warthunder,/world of tanks ppl that want to turn the game to their own standards, they should have put the thought and the effort to make everything mix and match, each role needed, compliment each other and have a purpose and a meaning, check your conquest/escalation/breakthrough lobbies and you will realize that only 2-5 ppl enter as engineers in both teams in most cases.

    BF6 needs to refocus, competition is hard, more promising fps games coming up, stop listening to crappy feedback and put their minds and creativity to work and not choosing the easy way.
