My beta rewards are STILL missing

Ive tried to get help forever now but my Beta Rewards are still not on my account. When I first bought the game around the beginning of December I had a notification in my game tab that said I had earned the rewards but it wouldnt let me claim it. That notification is completely gone by now. I really enjoy playing this game but not having the rewards always sits in the back of my head and pushes me away from actually playing. It sounds dumb, but its true.

EA support hasnt done anything. What else can I do at this point?

I'm in the same boat. Bought the game recently and no rewards. EA support has been anything but helpful. After going back and forth with useless questions they ultimately told me that they don't have the authority to grant said rewards. When asked to connect me to someone who has such authority, they said they can't.
I would get a refund if I still could, believe me I tried.
